LOVE... This is inspired by ronz..since he's in lovey-dovey mode. haaha..su-hsien's gonna kill me for this though. oh wells..nice things should be shared wiht friends.. =) Love... When you think of you past love, you might view it as a failure. But when you find new love, you view the past as a teacher. In the game of love, it doesn't matter who won or who lost. What is important is you know when to hold on and when to let go! You know you really love someone when you want him or her to be happy, even if it means their happiness that you're not part of it. Everything happens for the best. If the person you love doesn't love you back, take a hint. Don't be afraid to love someone else again, for you'll never know unless you give it a try. There's a saying, " You gotta kiss alot of frogs before you meet your prince." or something to that effect la... =) You'll never love a person you love unless you risk for love. Love strives in hurting. If you've never been hurt, you've never learnt how to love. Love doesn't hurt all the time. Though the pain feels like it'll never disappear,it is there to help you grow. Don't find love. Let love find you. That's why it's called falling in love. Because you don't force yourself to fall. You just do..you just fall freely. You cannot finish a book without closing its chapters. If you want to know what's gonna happen next, you gotta turn the pages and leave the past to move on. Love is not lost by a single failure...or won by a single caress. It is a lifetime adventure where we're always learning, discovering but most of all, growing. As we grow, we mature in our thoughts, our actions..our life. The greatest irony of love is letting go when you need to hold on and holding on when you need to let go. We lose someone we love only when we are destined to love someone who loves us even more than we can love ourselves. To love is to risk rejection, to live is to risk dying and to hope is to risk failure. But the risk has to be taken because the greatest loss in life is to risk nothing. To reach for another is to risk involvement, to expose your true feelings is to expose yourself, and to love is to risk not being loved in return. So, how DO you define LOVE? you fall but you don't stumble...be constant but not too persistent, share and never be unfair, understand and try not to demand and hurt, but never keep the pain. Love is like a knife. It can stab you in the heart or carve wonderful images inot the soul that will last a lifetime. Love is supposed to be the most wonderful feeling in the world. It should inspire you and give you joy and strength. Love can give you things you could only dream of receiving. But sometimes, the things that give you joy can hurt you in the end. Loving someone means giving them the freedom of choosing who they want to be and where they choose to be. For all the heartaches and the tears, for gloomy days and fruitless years, you should give thanks for you know that for these things, they helped you grow. Loving someone means giving them the freedom to find their way, whether it leads to you..or away from you. Love is a painful risk to take but the risk is still worth it. For only then you'll realise the fullness of life, and the meaning of loving without conditions. THAT is love. Only love can hurt you, fill you with desire and tear you apart. Only love can make you cry and only love knows why. If you're not ready to cry, you're not ready to take the risk, if you're not ready to feel the pain. then you're not ready to fall in love. There's a time in our lives when we become afraid to fall in love, cause everytime we do, we get hurt. And then, i figured out why it's called falling in love... if you love someone, tell them. it's never too late...or too soon... if you say it's too late or too soon, you're just looking for excuses to not admit how you really feel...you'll be left to be the fool. a fool in love. Permalink rock-fun. :P okay..this entry is SOOOOOO delayed. but wat the heck, it deserves prime time on my blog. haha... went climbing on friday last week... *grins* had almost 4 hours of muscle-stretching, muscle spraining, body bruising and hell lot of a fun time. :P it's been ages since i last went to the SUMMIT rock-climbing gym. it still looks the same...but they've changed the rocks..eh. ( barry, they changed the rocks for the wall at the back! :( i haven't conquered it yet...awww...) :P a lil bit of climbing history ya...i started climbing end of form 3...from the influence of mr liow shi wei. first time was with...hmm...shi wei, bernard, cj and chooi chuan if im not mistaken. hehe... =) it was fun...started going more after that... rock-climbing is a FUN sport...even though there's a chance that u might and slip and fall bcoz u did not grip the rock ur holding properly..or that u might be defying gravity bcoz the walls slant upwards..and THEN, u fall AGAIN, thus...ppl sight-seeing the place will see u swinging around on the rope..thinking that u might be in the wrong set for george of the jungle. *grins* but it was FUN. that was the whole point of going. last friday, climbing trip was with ian zing, jin tian and shi wei. we had the WHOLE place to ourselves...it was EMPTY and we were the first ppl there...heehee...there used to be a LOT of ppl going that u had to wait to climb a wall..but on that day, there was nobody that we didn't know where to start...HAHA!!! :P i conquered the monkey wall...!! it's the wall that was like in btween to other walls...it took me 15 minutes to get up there. it gave me 5 bruises because i kept slipping and banging into the big fat boulder that was blocking my way..but it helped most of the time, when i needed a rest..heh. it provided a resting spot. :P ehhee... okie...pics time...courtesy of mr liow..*wink* ( pictures have not been uploaded due to the fact that pics are not with ME atm...pls wait patiently.*grins* ) anyways...that was my afternoon. :P at NIGHT however...i went for HIP HOPERA!!!!!! it was AWESOME man. *grins* so proud of the SPA members..and cast...and erm, whoever that helped out. i feel guilty abit for pulling out. else i'd be singing background with wei xian..heehee.. ;p anyways...it was GREAT!! :P practically my whole gang turned up to watch it...haha, after my pestering and aileen's stares, we managed to get ppl to go. for those who missed it, wat a pity. it would've been worth your money. =) hmm...jolvin became my driver...nooo..."chauffeur" of the day..haha! so he picked me up and we headed for SALMON STEAK for din-din.. :P met su-hsien there..with her church mates me thinks. =) i LOVE the play!!! *sobs* the songs rock man..seriously. btw, KYLE, if you're reading this, i think u deserve an award for being the best lala-chai ever. *grins* u did a GREAT job. heehee...and that song he and hmm..the lead, johan issit?eh, no..that's the character's name...*searches for hip hopera pamphlet...* ahhh...mun joon, that's it. hehe...the song was hilarious. i dunno the full song, so this is wat i recall... ~ Dunno Don TAlK ~ If u dunno wat you;re saying then you just shut up (with hand gestures) DUNNO DON TALK. If u dunno wat you're saying then u don't tok cock! (thrust hips sideways) DUNNO DON TALK. haha....that's the chorus. i couldn't get the other verses but u guys get the gist..haha!! it was just really cute. other than that, there's this other song that put guys down..."Don't Give Them Face", this one was pretty good too,sang by grace..HAHA!! something about thinking guys as shoes??i can't remember lah. it was damn funny. it had jolvin boo-ing!! hahaha!!hmm,and then....whoa, i think dhivia and mun joon's got chemistry...i wonder if they'll end up together for REAL. *thoughtfully* heehee...couldn't get pics for hip hopera. but no matter, i think it's made a big enuff impact to stay in me head for some time now. *grins* tata,ppl. =) Posted by born2smile at 02:30 pm drop some rays...** Permalink Tuesday, September 07, 2004

holidays are here!! =) tralala... heyz..look at the title and u'll know that im in a VERY VERY HAPPY mood!! hahahaha... =) today is the last day of my trials. thinking skills was a breeze....*cehwah..* LOL!! im currently in the library...bloggging in the midst of many ppl walking behind and in front of me...bleks. so much for privacy. and to hell with typing softly...im so used to typing fast and LOVE making clickity-clak sounds. ( so stop looking at me like that!! (directed at the girl beside me who apparently is annoyed) hmph to you. :P ahh...im too happie to be bothered. *sighs contentedly* currently waiting for shi wei to finish taking pics with his classmates. apparently its for the a-levels yearbook. i din know we had one. heh. or more or less...i din know we were supposed to do anything about it. no one in my class seems to be doing anything.*shrugs* i can't wait to step into a cinema. haven't been there since...*thinks really hard*..since TROY. damn thats months ago. tee-hee. im such a jakun. hahhahaa... :P HOLIDAYS ARE HERE!!!!!!! 2 weeks of relaxed stress haha. and no more sleeping late nites for me..at least, not bcoz of studying lar. :P ooh..i forgot i got business plan to do. darn it. means i still have to come to college...CRAP. dont care lah. ehehehe,... =) chong heng dear, we MUST finish it within the first week kayz...i want to relax and have fun too y'know!!! =) okaylarr...dunno wat to blog about ady. ~ I'LL BE BACK. heh.
