:: busy weekend :: Bleh. Had such a busy weekend...feeling terribly exhausted on this monday morning. The phrase "I Hate Mondays" has never been more apt. >.< Here i am at work, trying to break the monotony by posting yet another entry in my beloved blog. Hahaha, don't mind the last one, was in my *grin* crazy mood. Been in and out for the weekend that my insomnia problems have finally ehm, came to an end coz my body is really just too tired. Retired to bed at 8pm last night, only to wake up again at 10pm for Smallville. HEHE. I don't know why i watch the show, it's hardly Tom Welling. Although, he IS cute. But i think i'm watching it because of Kristin Kreuk. *eyes widens* Hahahahahha. She's soo...ooooo hot. *shiwei-style* Nyehs. Then again, it could be because Superman is my favorite superhero! Bah. I'm rambling. Happens when i'm, y'know...not quite awake. I think i left half of my consciousness in my bed this morning. Who in their right mind would wake up so early when it was COOL and RAINING...and their bed was just comfy and warm?? Who? Who??! >.< Anyways, on Saturday, i spent the ENTIRE day in Pyramid. Had a really nice time...FINALLY got to watch Harry Potter. It's quite a disappointment, especially for avid HP fans. But oh well, i still cried when Cedric died. It's sad ok? *sticks tongue out* Had yummy and incredibly filling unajyu at ZEN. Spent dinner with Sook Wai having waffles with ICE CREAM..hehehe. It was a nice talk we had, didn't we, Ms Chang? *winks* Sunday... Missed church this weekend, UNFORTUNATELY, and also Adeline's wedding. *i feel bad* Would've loved to go for Adeline's wedding...but it was in Cyberjaya...I don't have transport. And besides, i had other plans. Haven't been out with my family for so long so, yeah...we went to KLCC. Went to Aquaria, if i may be specific. I tell you ah, that place is FULL OF PEOPLE. Haiyoh. And i thought WE were the earliest beings in KLCC at 10.30am. >.< The place was not too bad i guess...plenty of fishies that's for sure...i saw a dead beetle though. Hahahahhaa. It's supposed to be on exhibit, but it was well,....dead. *smirks* Poor kids, they must be traumatised. THEY EVEN HAD WEEVILS. Ugh. Real BIG ones. I think Barry would've loved them. *grins* I believe i was more entertained than my five-year-old brother was. Hahaha. I was quite sadistic. Telling him that i'd throw him into the aquarium if he kacau's me again. Told him that the HUGE whaddaya-callit? Arapina fish. Something like that would eat him. it was HUGE. Well, i freaked him out. He stood at least a metre away from all the aquariums. *laughs evilly* Oh, did i tell you there were sharks in there too? Hahahaha. Nasty-looking things they are. Met an old primary school friend too...haven't seen her in..*counts* SEVEN YEARS. Ohmigawd. She's studying in NZ now, which explains the i-have-not-bumped-into-her situation. In the afternoon, i went with Karen to a *creative-writing* seminar by John Ling. Quite enlightening. It was a 2 hour seminar and he told us the basics of writing a novel, and how to get them published. It's not easy being a writer y'know. *thoughtfully* And he's right...Malaysia simply doesn't have the market for local English writers. People still favour the likes of Stephen King and Dan Brown. But oh wells...I wish John Ling the best of luck in his next novel. :) As for me, i'm gonna pick up one of his books. I have to admit i'm really curious. Him being so young and having a few novels to his name, i must say, is quite a feat no? Anyway, who wants to storm MPH One-Utama with me?? Will be heading to Malacca for the whole weekend this week. My parents are invited to TWO weddings, and i am not. >.< How sad....*wails* So yeah, i need entertainment. Okay, i better get back to work so. Have a nice day, peepz! :) P/S : Tanya and Sushie!! WELCOME HOME!! :) Hope to see you guys soon! PB2 reunion still on the cards? *huggles* Posted by born2smile at 09:22 am
