:: the missing piece :: Got no mood to do maths. OBVIOUSLY. Hate maths. So gonna flunk it this Thursday. Anyways, read this short story in the newspaper. Very nice. :) It's up to you people on how and what you make of it. ********************************************************************************** A circe is sad because a large triangular wedge is cut out from it's body.. It rolls around looking for the missing piece, as it wants to be whole. Unfortunately, it's incomplete shape could only roll slowly as it is incomplete with the missing piece. As it rolls around slowly, finding many pieces that don't fit, it also gets to admire flowers along the way, chats with butterflies and enjoys the beautiful sunshine. The circle keeps on searching for its missing piece till it finds a perfect piece. It is whole again with nothing missing! It could now roll very fast as it is a perfect circle. As the circle rolls rapidly, it does not have time to enjoy the butterflies or the flowers. The world has become very different from the one it used to know when it was imperfect! In the end, the circle leaves the newly found piece by the road-side. And rolls slowly away... ********************************************************************************** This is what i think : It's not about the end result. It's about the journey. The imperfectness of life is what makes it perfect after all. Posted by born2smile at 08:16 pm
